Davis Translite is looking for a Class A CDL Truck Driver to add to our growing De-Icer Division! This particular job consists of loading Magnesium Chloride (MagCL) from rail cars and delivering to ODOT storage sheds throughout Oregon. ODOT uses this product to spray down the roads and prevent freezing during inclement weather.

Details

• Monday-Friday, weekends off!

• Permanent Position – when de-icer season is over you will make a lateral move into your preference of dedicated routing (pneumatic, dump, milk tanker, etc.)

• Dedicated Equipment – DD16 4-Axle Freightliners and 4-Axle Dragon Supertubes

• Hour pay rate $36-$38, DOE

Requirements

• Class A License with a minimum of 2 years previous and verifiable experience

• Ability to Chain regularly and adapt to changing road conditions

• Valid Medical card

• Doubles Endorsement (or ability to obtain through DMV during training period)

• Acceptable MVR

• Manual Transmission Experience

• No Hazmat or TWIC requirement

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
