Davis Translite is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team! Individuals interested in secure, steady employment with a company that has been serving the Northwest for over 65 years are encouraged to apply. Much of this job consists of entering paper load sheets and bill of ladings into a software system so that they can be digitized, proofed and billed.

Details & Duties

• Transferring data from paper formats into database software.

• General proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

• Must be detail oriented as the company will rely on this data to be accurate and easily accessible through the database.

• Sorting and organizing paperwork to ensure that it’s not lost. Transferring, updating, and retrieving data when necessary.

• Training will be conducted in-office, and you will be given the opportunity to work from home once fully trained. This can take anywhere from two weeks to a month.

• Paperwork will need to be gathered daily (at the beginning or end of day, whichever is preferred), and the data entry itself can be done at home once the training process is complete.

• Part-time position, averaging 20-25 hours each week. Full-time is available with additional tasks and responsibilities.
